1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Move Online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Move Online provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, media production, and related services. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary access (e.g., website logins, social media manager access), and required materials (e.g., logos, copy) to ensure the smooth progression of their projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to a set milestone schedule.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website, logo). Move Online reserves the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Move Online will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Chattogram, Bangladesh.
