Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

Effective Date: July 11, 2025

1. Our Commitment to Digital Delivery

At Move Online, we specialize in providing digital services and products. All of our work and final deliverables are transferred to clients through digital means. This policy outlines how we deliver our completed projects and ongoing services to you, our valued client.

2. Project Timelines and Dependencies

All project timelines provided in our initial proposals are good-faith estimates. The final delivery date is dependent on several factors, including the complexity of the project and the timely provision of necessary feedback, content (text, images), and approvals from you, the client.

Please note that delays in receiving client feedback or materials may result in an adjustment of the delivery timeline. We are committed to communicating any potential delays proactively.

3. Delivery Methods by Service Type

  • Website & App Development: Upon completion of the development phase and after final payment, your website or application will be deployed to the live server on your chosen hosting provider. We will provide you with all necessary login credentials for administrative access. The project is considered “delivered” once the site is live and functional on your domain.

  • Branding & Graphic Design: Final design files (e.g., logos, banners, brand guides, social media posts) will be delivered in standard digital formats (such as .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .AI, .EPS) via a secure cloud storage link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) or directly via email.

  • Video Production & Editing: The final rendered video(s) will be delivered in the agreed-upon format (e.g., .MP4, .MOV) and resolution via a secure digital download link.

  • Strategy, Reports & Audits (SEO, Marketing): All strategy documents, monthly performance reports, and project audits will be delivered in a digital format (typically PDF or a link to a live dashboard) via email.

4. Final Delivery and Project Acceptance

  • The “Final Delivery” marks the completion of the scope of work as outlined in our project agreement.

  • Upon receiving the final deliverables, you will have a period of seven (7) business days to review the work and report any technical issues or errors that fall within the agreed-upon project scope.

  • If no issues are reported within this period, the project will be deemed complete and accepted by you. Any work requested after this acceptance period will be considered a new project or fall under a separate maintenance agreement.
