Delivery Policy

1. General Delivery Timeframes

Because we offer digital services rather than physical products, "delivery" refers to the completion and handover of digital assets or the launch of a campaign. Timeframes vary significantly based on the scope and complexity of the project.

2. Estimated Timelines

• Web Development: Standard websites typically take 3-6 weeks from the date all materials are provided by the client.
• SEO Services: Initial setup is completed within 2 weeks, while ongoing monthly optimization is delivered continuously.
• Media Production: Videos and graphics are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks depending on the shooting schedule and editing requirements.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Setup and launch usually occur within 1-2 weeks.

3. Delays

Move Online is not responsible for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary feedback, content, or approvals in a timely manner. If a project is delayed by the client for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to pause the project and potentially reassess the timeline and cost.

4. Handover Process

Upon project completion, all necessary files, logins, and documentation will be securely transferred to the client. For ongoing services, regular reports will be delivered via email or an agreed-upon dashboard.
