1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Content: All content, methodologies, and materials owned by Move Online before the start of a project, including our website content, proposals, and proprietary software, remain the exclusive property of Move Online.

• Client Content: You, the client, retain ownership of all materials you provide to us for the project (e.g., logos, text, images).

• Final Deliverables: Upon full and final payment for a project, the ownership of the final, delivered work (e.g., the completed website design, final video) will be transferred to you. Move Online retains the right to use the completed work and a description of the project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful partnership, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary information, materials (text, images), and assets required for the project promptly.

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule.

• Use our services for lawful purposes only.

5. Payments and Fees

All fees for Services will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule. All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or as otherwise specified. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Confidentiality

Both Move Online and the client agree to keep all non-public information received from the other party confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific Service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your service agreement with us as per the terms outlined in your specific project proposal.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chattogram, Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
