1. Our Commitment & General Policy
Thank you for choosing Move Online. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital services and building lasting partnerships with our clients.
Due to the nature of our services—which involve significant allocation of time, resources, creative work, and strategic expertise—we maintain a strict refund policy. Generally, all fees and payments made to Move Online for any service are non-refundable once work has commenced or the service period has started.
We encourage all clients to carefully review our service proposals, terms, and project scopes before making a payment.
2. Service-Specific Policies
Consulting, Strategy & Setup Fees: Fees paid for initial strategic consulting, business counseling, and project setup are non-refundable as they cover our discovery, research, and planning phases.
Website Development, Branding & Creative Projects: These projects are typically billed in milestones. Once a project milestone is approved by the client and the corresponding payment is made, that payment is non-refundable. If a client cancels a project, all payments made up to that point will be retained by Move Online to compensate for the work completed.
Digital Marketing, SEO & Monthly Retainers: These services are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. Fees for these recurring services are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Clients may cancel their service for the next billing cycle by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.
Hosting & Maintenance Services: Annual or monthly hosting and maintenance fees are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
While our refund policy is firm, we may consider a partial or full refund in rare and specific circumstances, at our sole discretion. These exceptional cases include:
Service Not Delivered: If Move Online fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe and is unable to rectify the issue.
Major Error: In the case of a critical technical error caused by us that prevents the service from functioning as intended.
Refunds will not be granted for a client’s change of mind, disagreement with a strategy that was previously approved, or other subjective reasons.
4. How to Request a Refund Review
If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception under our policy, you must submit a request in writing to hello@moveonlinebd.com within 7 days of the payment or the occurrence of the issue.
Please include your invoice number, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant evidence. Our team will review the request and respond within 10-15 business days.
